Arriving earlier

You are welcome to arrive earlier on Friday to settle, relax and explore the retreat center. Your room will be ready for you from 13:00 on. If you want to have dinner on Friday night at Samaya, don’t forget to book this directly through them – as it is not part of your program fee.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel the workshop for free up until six weeks before the first day of the program. When you cancel up until two weeks in advance, we calculate 60% of your program fee and 100% when you cancel within two weeks before the program.
